Questions you may bring
You do not need a finished explanation. A recurring pattern, a tension or a question that has become difficult to think through can be enough to begin.
Relationships & boundaries
Closeness, distance, repeated partner dynamics, difficult limits and the roles you take in relationships.
Family roles & responsibility
Carrying more than feels yours, invisible loyalties, expectations and patterns that continue across generations.
Migration & belonging
Living between countries, languages or family worlds; rootlessness, identity and the question of where you belong.
Loss & transition
Bereavement, separation, change, interrupted stories and the place earlier experiences hold in present life.
Public and private roles
For executives, diplomats, academics and creative professionals navigating responsibility, visibility and complex personal contexts.
Family and historical memory
Silence, displacement, inherited narratives and the relationship between documented history and family memory.
The process
Clear, careful and collaborative
The work is adapted to the question and never requires belief in a fixed interpretation. Attention is given to language, bodily responses, emotions and the present moment.
Family Constellation is used as an exploratory systemic method—not as a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
- 1 · Initial conversationWe clarify the question, context, expectations and whether this way of working is appropriate.
- 2 · Focused systemic explorationWe identify relevant relationships or elements and explore their positions, tensions and possible connections.
- 3 · IntegrationWe reflect on what became visible and distinguish experience from fact, interpretation or historical evidence.
